"and along came a spider and sat down beside her..."Like the spider who uses the wind to carry its first first thread, Obama accuser Larry Sinclair uses the cyberspace to weave his web of sordid accusations against Senator Obama while panhandling for "donations" in his quest to reveal "the truth." Now we read on one of "Larry's sites" that Larry is now demanding Senator Obama "turn over his cell phone records".
Since the beginning of this tale, weaved by Sinclair, Sinclair has "demanded" Obama step forward and "tell the truth" about Obama's "sex and drug use" while Sinclair has failed to provide one single shred of evidence linking he and the Senator together. Nor has Sinclair taken a polygraph and submitted the results.
Sinclair has also failed to provide any account for his own "activities" such as past employment, past altercations with the law, possible stays in prison, charges of credit card theft, drug and human smuggling, bringing illegals across the border, "for a price".
It's been three weeks since DBKP first reported the Larry Sinclair story, Obama: Man Claims Gay Sex, Drugs Back in '99 With Barack, Larry's Youtube video and how a seemingly earnest and gay "Leave It To Beaver" Larry sat in front of a camera and told a tale of nights of gay sex, cocaine, rented limos, and a motel room in Gurnee, Illinois, with then State Representative Barack Obama.
Since Larry Sinclair's first video appeared on Youtube there's been several developments.
On February 11th, Sinclair filed a federal lawsuit in the District of Minnesota Federal District Court against Senator Obama, his campaign manager, David Axelrod, and the DNC.
In his suit, Sinclair claims Senator Obama, Axelrod and the DNC "have and continue to conspire against the rights of citizens in that they are actively engaged in ongoing internet intimidation, claiming to be engaging in the conduction of illegal investigations into plaintiff's personal life, an actively involved in preventing allegations brought of illegal drug use and sexual activity involving Senator Obama..."
Here's a link to the lawsuit. We believe it was Mr. Sinclair who was the original author of this lawsuit. Since the lawsuit was filed we found an instance where Sinclair claims he has both a "Masters" and a "Law" Degree in DBKP's Larry Sinclair: Obama Accuser Hits Youtubers Up For Cash.

He's forbidden anyone to cut, copy, or paste from any of his sites, calling it "copyright" infringement, all the while begging for monies to continue his crusade of "truth" against Obama. But as a "lawyer" Larry surely knows it's not illegal to quote him.
On Feb. 23rd, DBKP recounted how the site, Whitehouse.com offered Sinclair the sum of $10,000 to take a polygraph with another $100,000 if he passed in Larry Sinclair: Obama Accuser Submits to Polygraph.
Sinclair agreed to take two tests by an expert picked by Whitehouse, Dr. Ed Gelb. After the expert declared "deception" in both tests Sinclair cried foul, claiming Gelb had lied about his credentials.
Show Me The Money...
The agreement between Whitehouse.com and Sinclair fell apart. During this period Sinclair made public a copy of a stay at a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois back in November of 1999 as well as proclaiming he also had a "copy" of a bar tab, that this was "proof" he and Senator Obama had engaged in a sordid quickie fling.

Sinclair went after Whitehouse with charges that Whitehouse was an Obama operative and that the owner, Dan Parisi would be "criminally" charged by the authorities for putting a "stop payment" on a $20,000 check. DBKP - Obama Accuser Goes After Whitehouse.com

Larry wrote on his sites that the two $5,000 checks which Whitehouse.com wrote to two charities in Duluth, Minnesota, which Larry designated, have returned the monies to Whitehouse. Larry writes that he chose a reporter to give the checks to the charities with "no publicity" involved.
A reporter... no publicity? Larry blames the checks being returned on "Barack supporters". In fact Larry blames 99,199% of just about everything on Barack supporters.

Sinclair has used the Whitehouse.com brouhaha as a reason to raise cash. According to Larry, any "donations" will be going to legal funds, pens, papers, filing fees, ect., Larry writes that "it is our goal to raise $5,000 by the end of the month".
Sinclair has also added a photoshoppe on one of his sites of a much, much younger Larry and Senator Obama smoking a cigarette with the caption from Obama: "I hope Larry doesn't kiss and tell".
Larry writes that his mission is about accountability, that "accountability can be indeed applied be to all".
If Larry is truly interested in accountability then Larry needs to do some accounting of his own. He could start with the period of November of 1999.
Sinclair has sent a letter to Senator Obama demanding he turn over all his cell phone records for November of 1999. We figured if Larry Sinclair can make demands so can we.

What was Larry doing for a living back in November of 1999. How did Larry pay for his "rented limo" and nights of passion in the Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois? What has Larry done "for a living" since 1999? Was any of it, indeed, illegal?

Since Larry Sinclair first posted his video on Youtube back at the end of January, Sinclair has not provided any solid proof that Senator Obama was within a hundred miles of Larry Sinclair's "upscale" lounge, "rented limo", or Choice motel in Gurnee, Illinois.
Sinclair took two polygraphs, but neither of which the results, over than rumored deceptions, have been released. What Sinclair has done is mounted an effort to raise "donations" for his "legal fees" to go after "persons with deep pockets." Sinclair hasn't gone out and gotten his own polygraph expert and taken another test. Sinclair may be banking that we've forgotten his original assertion, that he, Sinclair, was going to submit to a polygraph.
Perhaps Sinclair could use some of those "donations" to pay for a polygraph. After all, "truth" and "accountability" are two of Sinclair's basic tenets.

The blogosphere was a abuzz when Obama Accuser, Larry Sinclair's Youtube, with its sordid accusations hit cyberspace.
"Earnest" Larry, with his scruffy face, baseball hat, and "Leave It Gay Beaver look" told a chilling tale, of meeting then Illinois State Representative Barack Obama back in 1999 at an "upscale" lounge, the two partaking in illicit sex and illegal drugs in the back of Larry's "rented limo." Larry goes on to allege that on another night he and Senator Obama adjourned to a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois. How chic.
Larry challenged Senator Obama to take a polygraph, as he, Larry was about to do.
There was a certain disconnect between the Larry on the video and the details. One watching and listening to Larry found him, for the lack of a better word, "uncouth."
It was hard to imagine this person "operating" in any "upscale" lounge or in a "rented" limo. The motel, a mid-class Choice International, and a rented limo, does not make for a "classy upscale" evening, especially if you added Larry to the mix.
But some of us wondered, what if Larry were telling the truth, what if he really did happen to meet up with Obama. We thought to ourselves, sometimes even the lowest of the low tell the truth about some things.
Larry accepted Whitehouse.com's offer which turned into a fiasco, at least for Whitehouse. Larry attacked the polygraph experts' credentials and said he was going to find his own expert. Parisi stopped payment on a $20,000 check he'd issued to Sinclair, but let two other checks, the total amount of $10,000, stand. Sinclair threatened to sue, threatened to go to the cops, threatened to put Parisi in prison.
In the midst of all of Larry's claims, counterclaims, threats to sue or call in the cops , what Larry failed to do, was offer any substantial proof that Senator Obama was anywhere near the scene, not back in November of 1999, nor at any other time.
Larry put out a copy of letter from Choice Hotels International which showed someone stayed a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois, back in November 1999. Larry also claims he has a copy of the credit car bill from a bar at the same time. That's it, that's "Larry's proof".
Those who felt that they should give Sinclair a chance to prove his story have grown weary and cynical. One blogger summed up quite eloquently in a great post, the sorrows of believing someone like Larry Sinclair, that Sinclair, did indeed, lead us ALL down the garden path to Hell.

The strange sordid saga of the man who alleges he and Senator Barack Obama had a couple of one-nighters with illegal drugs and oral sex has gotten even stranger, with polygraphs, drug tests, fatal brain tumors, Vicki Iseman, and the tabloid, The Globe.
According to the site,Whitehouse.com, which has the video and the details, Sinclair has submitted to both a drug test and the first of two polygraphs.
Whitehouse.com has stepped into the breach left by the non-response of the MSM. The site offered Sinclair $10,000 to take a polygraph to substantiate the allegations Sinclair made on a video posted a month ago on Youtube. Whitehouse.com also agreed to pay Sinclair the sum of $100,000 if he passed the polygraph.
Sinclair maintains that he met Obama back in November of 1999 in an "upscale" Chicago lounge. He alleges that he and Obama went back to a limo Sinclair had rented where Obama allegedly procured illegal drugs, crack and powder cocaine for their use, and that he, Sinclair, gave the then State Representative Obama, a "blow job."
Sinclair goes on to allege that he and Obama met a second time, at an unknown motel in Gurnee, Illinois.
Vicki IsemanTo prove their site is non-partisan, Whitehouse.com has also challenged the woman in the center of the McCain lobbyist scandal, Vicki Iseman, to take a polygraph and if she passes, the sum of $100,000.
Sinclair in 1999Whitehouse.com is reporting that Sinclair has now submitted to a first polygraph and will take a second, the results which will be announced on their site, "Monday or Tuesday." Whitehouse.com is also reporting that Sinclair was given a drug test prior to the polygraph.
DBKP contacted Mr. Sinclair for an interview and after an initial contact, there's been no further response from Sinclair. DBKP is also attempting to verify information about Sinclair that was put out in a piece written by the tabloid, The Globe.
Since the MSM has failed to investigate Sinclair and/or his claims it has fallen upon the shoulders of intrepid bloggers. Whitehouse.com has gone above and beyond by getting Sinclair to submit to a polygraph.
So far details about Sinclair, who he is, his past, have not been forthcoming. The Globe put out a story, "Obama Sex Scandal" in its latest edition. We'd put up a link but we're too cheap to spend the money for an online subscription and so quotes will have to suffice.
According to the details printed in the Globe of Sinclair's past, these "facts" could call into question the veracity of his claims.
According to the Globe Sinclair is a 46-year-old ex-con whose "spent time in prison in Florida, Arizona and Colorado on credit card fraud and other charges."
The Globe claims Sinclair was a coke and pot drug trafficker and also a "coyote," a person who "moved" people from Mexico to the United States. For a price.
Not only does the Globe claim Sinclair is an ex-con, coyote, dope trafficker, but that Sinclair has now been diagnosed with a "brain tumor" and "given only a little more than a year to live."
The Globe has also expanded Sinclair's "story" about the night he "met" Obama at a lounge in Chicago. According the Globe, just after meeting the Senator at the lounge Sinclair told Obama he could "use a line (of cocaine) to wake up." Sinclair says Obama "made a phone call and said he could get it for me."
Sinclair says he gave Obama $250 which Obama allegedly used to buy crack and powder cocaine. In his Youtube video, Sinclair claims he and Obama also spent a gay ole time at a motel in Gurnee, Illinois.
Quite a few "details" indeed.
An ex-con, credit card fraud, drug and human trafficking, and now a terminal brain tumor with less than a year to live.
